REFUND POLICY

The User cannot receive a refund once the amount is added to the Khelguru11 account, and the amount can be used to enter the leagues, fun features, and Contest (s) organized by Khelguru11.

If a transaction is confirmed Khelguru11, users cannot cancel it. However, Khelguru11 is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the User at its sole and absolute discretion. If the User sends a written cancellation request to Khelguru11 using the registered email ID, or if the payment is made for participation in the paid version (s) of the Contest (s), the cancellation request must be received at least one day prior to the start of the round for which the payment was made; otherwise, Khelguru11 will not be responsible for refunding any cash.

Khelguru11 reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the User in the above-mentioned case at its sole and absolute discretion, post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Furthermore, the users should note the additional Terms and Conditions that significantly govern the transaction amid the transaction process. If the clauses defined in additional Terms and Conditions conflict with the current Terms and Conditions defined by Khelguru11, the additional Terms and Conditions applicable to transactions shall prevail. The refund is limited to the amount paid to join any league and will be managed to make to the source of the Khelguru11 User Account, as deducted.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, event cancellation, technical errors, etc., only the league joining fee will be refunded, not the winning amount based on the rank.
